CRITICAL UPDATE NOTES

SMARTSCAN (Freight + WMS)
Version 22.21.0 and beyond is not backwards compatible with prior versions of SmartSCAN.  Update to or past the 22.21.0 version requires update of the SmartSCAN application to the relevant matching version.

Potential Consignment Profile Issues

A new “Arrived at Sending Depot” (27) status has been added to the Consignment workflows This allows for additional visibility of Consignments that are yet to be loaded. The status can be updated manually via the Consignment S&L or automatically through scanning and Manifest arrival functions. This includes Transhipments which will update to this new status when the previous leg Manifest has been Arrived.

We are marking this in the Critical Notes as this new status may impact existing Search and List profiles if filtering is being performed on status e.g “Unshipped”. Such profiles will need to be updated after upgrading to or past this version.
