Runsheet Allocations
Setup
JAIX Freight > Tools > System Setup > Branches > Despatch Allocation Display Settings > Runsheet Allocations
When turned on, the allocations screen will have a new panel called Runsheets and allow PUP/DEL legs to be allocated to Runsheets instead of Fleet records.
Skip Runsheet Lock On Allocations Screen
JAIX Freight > Tools > System Setup > Despatch > Skip Runsheet Lock On Allocation Screen
When turned on, Pickups and Deliveries can be allocated to a Runsheet that's currently held open by another Freight user. With this option turned off, modifications to a Runsheet can only be completed when the runsheet is not open/locked.
Runsheet Allocations – Manual
Allocate to Runsheet using Allocations
This allocation method will only be available when Runsheet Allocations is toggled on within JAIX Freight > Tools > System Setup > Branches.
When turned on, a new Allocations screen panel will appear called Runsheets.
This will allow Allocations users to directly allocate Pickups and Deliveries to a Runsheet instead of to a Fleet. Runsheets can be planned and the Fleet can be set later once resources become available.
JAIX Driver will only show the PUP/DEL Legs for the first runsheet created each day unless that runsheet has been marked as Complete. Completing a runsheet can be done through Allocations by right-clicking the runsheet. Alternatively, the runsheet can be opened and marked as Complete.
Allocating a PUP/DEL Leg to a Runsheet requires the user to Drag and Drop onto the Runsheet.
Users can right-click a runsheet to Create a new runsheet, Open, Cancel or Print.
The Fleet assigned to a runsheet can be changed by clicking the Fleet field and type or selecting.
