Quick Settings to allow bulk edit of Product Setup

Overview

This functionality provides a simple and efficient interface to allow users to update Product Settings in Bulk

Product Quick Settings

Customers > Products > Quick Settings

The Product Quick Settings Grid will Show all Products of Debtors that are enabled for the logged in Warehouse (alternate Warehouses can be selected from the Head Office Branch). From this grid, users can update Product information across multiple products without opening each product record.

Editing Values

When values are edited in the grid, the grid cell will change to green to denote that there are unsaved changes.

Check / Uncheck All

Right Clicking on a checkbox will provide the ability to check or uncheck all Checkboxes for the column for the currently filtered selection.

Record Locking

Opening a Location Record from Warehouse will lock it for editing in Quick Access. Locked records will display in grey text.
