Overview

New Zealand Business Numbers can now be entered within Debtor, Creditor, Subcontractor and Company fields. When displaying a NZBN, the field label will reflect correctly. Also allows entry of GST No. when NZBN has been entered against Debtor, Creditor or Subcontractor.

Functionality

A company NZBN will change the UI Labels of ABN and ACN to NZBN and NZCN respectively.

JAIX Accounts > Tools > System Setup > Company Details

NZBN is identified by digit length = 13

JAIX Search & List Grids will use NZBN and NZCN when the Company is using an NZBN

JAIX Accounts > Debtors > Search & List

• ABN = NZBN
• CAN = NZCN

A Debtor/Creditor/Subcontractor NZBN will change the UI Labels and add GST No. for entry.
