Minimum Leave and Associated Rate

Overview

Minimum leave requirements can now be setup per unit, per customer, minimising unnecessary cuts, as well as capturing and apply a new "Minimum Leave" standard charge.

Minimum Leave Quantity Setup

JAIX WMS > Customers > Main (Customers) > (Select) > WMS (Units of Measure) > Minimum Leave Quantity

When opening up a customer, the Units of Measure section will contain the following settings;

Customer Units
Handling Units
Minimum Leave Quantity

'Add' a new minimum leave quantity, specifying unit, measurement and quantity (as shown above).

Applying a Minimum Leave Charge

JAIX WMS > Customers > Rates (Find/Setup) > (Select) > View (Rates) > Standard Charges

Minimum leave quantity is now an available charge type added to the standard charges of a Customer Rate Proposal.

Minimum Leave on a Pick

JAIX WMS > Operations > Activity (Pick)

The above settings will apply when creating a pick for the specified unit/customer. As seen in the above example, any minimum applied is seen in a new "Min Leave Applied" column within the stock locations grid.
This will flag automatically based on the Minimum Leave setup, however can be overridden by the user.
