Product Records

Where SSCC labels are utilizing Product GTINs, Date Requirements Dates, Batch and / or Serial these will need to be specified/activated on the product record.

Put Dockets

Where 'Generate SSCC in Inwards' is enabled on the Customer record an SSCC number will be generated for all Docket Items on Inwards movements. SSCC numbers will be generated using the Next SSCC No. values specified on the Customer Record.

Pick Dockets

Printing SSCC labels from Pick Dockets will Print Labels for all outgoing stock as per the docket allocations.

Scanning

JAIX has the ability to associate existing SSCC Labels to JAIX License plates by matching details of GTINs, Batch Numbers, Serial Numbers, and Date Requirement dates from the top barcode of the SSCC label to the Docket Item data.
Where goods are pre labelled with SSCC labels users can open the Put Docket on the scanning device and Scan the top SSCC barcode. If there are enough unique values in the top barcode to be able to link the pallet back to a JAIX License Plate Number the user will be prompted to scan the bottom barcode of the SSCC label, and the SSCC number will be written back to the database. Where there are multiple possible matches the user will be presented with a list of matches on the device screen and asked to select the correct docket item. The bottom barcode can then be scanned writing the SSCC number back to the database.
