Measure Required Flag in EDI

A field has been added to the Docket Item table called Ignore Minimum Leave. This true/false field can be mapped via EDI as well as controlled directly against a docket item on a pick docket. The status of this field will determine whether standard Minimum Leave rules are applied, ignored or enforced when allocating via EDI or the Allocate All button.

EDI Format Mapper

A new field has been added to the Docket Format Mapper enabling the ability to specify if a Measure is required. Import files should contain Yes, No, True, False or be left Blank for this mapped field. Any other value will be treated as a blank, in which case normal Minimum Leave Rules will be applied.

Pick Dockets

Where a Measured Units are added to Pick Dockets the new Measure Required field will be displayed against each Docket Item. Hover over the field to see a tool tip explaining how stock will be allocated dependant on the status of the field.

The red text denotes what should be entered into the mapped field on the EDI document.

Allocations

Blank

When the Measure Required Field is left blank on the EDI import file, or displays as below on the Docket Item the Minimum Leave will be assessed and applied as per Debtor Minimum Leave Setup.

False / No

When the Measure Required Field is entered as False or No on the EDI import file, or displays as below on the Docket Item, the specified Measure will be required to be picked regardless of whether Minimum Leave would be invoked or not.

True / Yes

When the Measure Required Field is entered as True or Yes, or displays as below on the Docket Item the full License Plate qty will be required to be picked, regardless of whether Minimum Leave would be invoked or not.
