JAIX WMS - Correcting Charges on Confirmed Dockets
Overview
Once a pick docket has been confirmed in WMS it is unable to be "unconfirmed". There are however tools in place to enable corrections to be made without affecting customer charges. Pick docket rating can be edited up until the docket is Invoiced. It is important to make sure any corrections are made before the Invoice Run is processed.
Customer Rates
No Charge Rates | It can be helpful to set up a no charge in and no charge out rate for each customer to enable movements to be created without a charge being applied. This will enable the ability to set some docket items to charge, and others to not charge if required, where as the zero rate docket would remove all service and break rate charges. |

Confirmed Dockets
Changing Rates and Charges | Rates and Charges applied to dockets can be changed up until a docket is invoiced |
Update Rates | Edit/open the stock item line to change the break rate. Correct all/any lines that are incorrect. |

Update Service Charges | If an entire docket needs to be reversed remove all service charges from the docket, or edit/ remove relevant charges as required. |

Each docket items rates can be edited separately, or if a whole docket needs to be reversed the zero rate docket flag can be used to remove all charges.
Returning Incorrectly Confirmed Docket Items to the Warehouse
Put Docket | If items need to be returned to the warehouse a Put Docket will need to be created. Select the storage options as required to achieve correct charging for storage. |

Ignore Storage Free Periods | Selecting "Ignore Storage Free Periods" will disregard the Storage Free Periods Specified in the Customer Rate Schedule (if any) and begin charging storage from the period the stock is Put into the Warehouse. e.g. If a customer is set to 1 for storage free periods, storage would not normally be charged for the week the goods are received into the Warehouse. Ignoring the Storage free periods would charge storage for the week the goods are received overriding the storage free period. |
Ignore Peak Storage | Selecting "Ignore Peak Storage" will skip storage charges for the period that the Put Docket was created. E.g. When selected the first storage period will be free, storage thereafter will be charged as per rate schedule. |
| Zero Rate Docket | Selecting Zero Rate Docket will remove all Break Rates, Service Charges and Minimum Charges from the docket so the docket rates at $0.00 |
Add Docket Items | Add Docket Items and Rate as required |

Break Rate | Create a put docket with the required products and select a No Charge Break Rate in the stock details window to put stock into the Warehouse without charging the Customer |
