Understanding these updates is essential to ensure accurate data entry and prevent potential issues or data loss while working with rate schedules.

Overview

WMS Rate Schedules will now automatically save all changes made while the schedule is open in edit mode. The Save button is no longer required to save changes.

Rates Open Warning Pop-Up

When a user opens a rate schedule in Edit Mode, a pop-up will appear warning that changes to WMS Rate Schedules are now automatically saved.

The pop-up will not appear if the rate schedule is opened in View-Only Mode.

If the user selects the "Do not show again" checkbox:

• The system records the acknowledgment with a timestamp and user information.

• The message will not appear again for that user.

• If the checkbox is not selected, the warning will appear each time the user opens the schedule in Edit Mode until the checkbox is selected.

Bottom Bar Notifications

Real-time notifications will appear in the bottom bar to reflect the save status of various changes. These messages will appear automatically based on the type of data being updated.

Auto-Save Button

The manual Save button is replaced with a new Auto-Saving button. This button automatically saves user changes without manual intervention. If selected, the button triggers the Pop-Up Warning described above.
