Additional Charges in Portal

Overview
Portal Users can now manage their Additional Charges on Quotes and Consignments. This not only includes visibility of any auto-applied charges, but also manual selection of addtional services/charges required.
In scenarios where the customer knows ahead of time that an additional service will be required for their Pickup or Delivery, they can select this during Quote or Consignment creation to generate a full price breakdown.
This manual will cover the activation of this additional control and setup of which Charges users will have access to.
Setup
The feature is enabled at Debtor level.
JAIX Accounts > Debtors > [DebtorName] > Online Settings
Show Additional Charges
When this setting is enabled for a Debtor, their Portal Users will see a new Additional Charges button within the Create Pickup/Consignment and Quote forms.
Note: Online Login must have access to create a Pickup/Consignment/Quote
JAIX Freight > Customers > Additional Charges
List - Charge will be listed within JAIX Freight AND Portal
Auto Apply - Charge will be automatically toggled ON. Charges can be removed within JAIX Freight but not within Portal
Auto Apply Recharge - Charge will be automatically toggled ON for Recharge Consignments
Mandatory - Charge will be automatically toggled ON AND users are unable to toggle OFF
Online - Charge can be Toggled ON/OFF from within Portal (Unless flagged as Auto-Apply or Mandatory)
Functionality
JAIX Portal > Manage Freight >
Within the Create Pickup/Consignment/Quote forms, a new icon will appear. When clicked this will popup a list of all Mandatory and Optional Additional Charges.
Users can only interact with Optional Charges that have been made available online.
Show Price will accurately include the Additional Charges that are toggled ON.
When the Consignment is Created/Released or when Quote is Activated, the Charges on the resulting Consignment will match those selected within Portal.
